The documentation submitted by KINGRAY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. for its initial public issuance registration was incomplete and the company has made correction by itself on June 10, 2020. Pursuant to Paragraph 3, Article 66 of the Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Securities Issuers to which Paragraph 2, Article 12 of the same Regulations applies mutatis mutandis, with no major irregularities, the registration shall become effective in 12 business days from the date correction is completed.
