According to TPEx, employee salary information of domestic Main Board companies disclosed in their 2020 financial report is posted on Market Observation Post System (MOPS) on June 1, 2021 and available for inquiry under Corporate governance > Information relating to corporate social responsibility > Information relating to employee benefits and compensations > Information about employee benefits (salary) disclosed in financial report (https://emops.twse.com.tw/server-java/t58query). Investors can make inquiries using stock code, industry category or average salary.

TPEx indicates that employees are the assets of a company. TPEx hopes that while enjoying the growth of operating performance, TPEx listed companies should fulfill corporate social responsibility. Domestic Main Board companies would also disclose their 2020 “information about salary of full-time employees who are not in a managerial position” on MOPS by the end of June 2021, including number of non-managerial full-time employees, total amount of salary, average salary and medium salary, the link and reasonableness between corporate performance and employee remuneration.
