TPEx announced the information on the “2020 salaries of full-time employees in non-management positions” of domestic Main Board companies is posted on Market Observation Post System (MOPS). Investors can inquire the information under Corporate governance > Information relating to corporate social responsibility > Information relating to employee benefits and compensations > Information about salary of full-time employees who are not in a managerial position (https://emops.twse.com.tw/server-java/t58query). Investors can also make inquiries using stock code, industry category or average salary.

TPEx stated that the information on the “2020 salaries of full-time employees in non-management positions” of domestic Main Board companies is different from the “employee salary information of domestic Main Board companies disclosed in their 2020 financial reports” published on June 1, 2021. It excludes the remuneration of managers and the wage of part-time employees to focus on the salary level of permanent full-time employees.
