Taipei Exchange hold a Board and Supervisor Joint Meeting on May 19th, 2023. The meeting approved the following items:

1. In order to provide securities issuers with alternative resolutions for dispositions, TPEx issued “Taipei Exchange Operating Procedures for Handling Appeals by Securities Issuers” and amended ” Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Securities Trading on the TPEx”. The preceding regulations shall be promulgated and come into effect after reported to the competent authority for approval.

2. The main board listing application of Wave Power Technology Inc. (stock code: 6895).
