Taipei Exchange （TPEx） indicated that CWTC（code：6548） has changed par value of the shares from NT$10 to NT$1 and making a replacement issue of stock. TPEx has announced that CWTC’s old shares will be suspended from Aug. 29 to Sep 6, 2019, and the new shares will begin to trade from Sep. 9, 2019.

TPEx reminds investors to utilize each company’s multiple financial ratios of financial reports, such as price-to-book ratio, return on equity, dividend yield, and price-to-earnings ratio rather than a single financial ratio, such as EPS and the net asset value per share in MOPS（Market Observation Post System）to make investment analysis.
