SP 15+ US Ins & Fin Bd A-BBB ETF (00837B) will be delisted on June 30, 2020 from Taipei Exchange

The beneficiary certificates of the “SP 15+ US Ins & Fin Bd A-BBB ETF (00837B)”, managed by SinoPac Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd., will be delisted on June 30, 2020 from Taipei Exchange.

The average net asset value of the fund has dropped below NT$100 million for 30 consecutive business days as of May 14, 2020, thus requiring it to be delisted as stated in the trust agreement. The issuer has applied to the competent authority for the termination of the trust agreement and the application has been approved, which has met the requirement of Article 12-13 of Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Securities Trading on the TPEx.
