TPEx will build up a new board “Pioneer Stock Board (PSB)” under the Emerging Stock Market in the third quarter, 2021. In order to encourage more innovative non-public enterprises to go public on PSB, TPEx held the “Pioneer Stock Board” Seminar in collaboration with PWC on January 14, 2021. During the seminar, TPEx illustrated the procedures and documents required for the registration on PSB of public issuance. Besides, PWC gave a briefing regarding the supports CPA provides during the process of go public, and how does enterprise raise competition via tax concessions. In addition, GAINS Investment Corporation also delivered a presentation regarding investment corporation’s view of fund raising. The seminar drew top executives and chief financial officers of many companies and was warmly received.
