TPEx announced the amendments of Taipei Exchange Rules Governing the Trading of Emerging Stocks on the TPEx and related rules.

To adjust one of the criteria of the natural person of qualified investors, TPEx announced the amendments of Taipei Exchange Rules Governing the Trading of Emerging Stocks on the TPEx and related rules. In order to meet the practical operation needs of securities firms for understanding customer evaluation operations, one of the qualification requirements for natural person of qualified investors has been adjusted from \"net assets\" of 10 million to \"proof of financial capacity\" of NT$10 million or more.
