Regulation Revised Information
The amendments of Article 7 of “Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Management of Foreign Currency Denominated International Bonds” and Article 12 of “Taipei Exchange Rules Governing the Review of Securities for Trading” and related application forms take effect on the date of promulgation.

The amendments of the rules and related application forms take effect on the date of promulgation. In accordance with the amendments, issuers shall submit the amended form when applying to Foreign Currency Denominated International Bonds and NT dollar Corporate Bonds for TPEx trading.
