Regulation Revised Information
The amendment of “Standards for Determining Unsuitability for TPEx Listing under Article 10, Paragraph 1 of the Taipei Exchange Rules Governing the Review of Securities for Trading on the TPEx” and “Taipei Exchange Rules Governing the Review of Foreign Securities for Trading on the TPEx” shall be implemented from 1 January 2024. As to the amendment of the application forms for TPEx mainboard listing and relevant documents takes effect on the date of promulgation.

In order to enhance the examination in related party transactions of issuing companies applying for TPEx mainboard listing, TPEx amended “Standards for Determining Unsuitability for TPEx Listing under Article 10, Paragraph 1 of the Taipei Exchange Rules Governing the Review of Securities for Trading on the TPEx” and “Taipei Exchange Rules Governing the Review of Foreign Securities for Trading on the TPEx”, which shall be implemented from 1 January 2024. TPEx also amended the application forms for TPEx mainboard listing and relevant documents, which takes effect on the date of promulgation.
