Emerging Stocks Whose Accumulated Counts as Attention Securities Might Reach the Disposition Thresholds

Notes:
  1. Pursuant to the “Taipei Exchange Operation Directions for Announcement or Notice of Attention to Trading Information and Dispositions”, Article 6, paragraph 1, if any of the following circumstances occurs in the trading of securities, TPEx shall immediately announce disposition measures with respect to the securities:
    1. TPEx announces trading information pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1 hereof for three consecutive business days.
    2. Where TPEx announces trading information pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 1, subparagraphs 1 to 8 for a period of five consecutive business days.
    3. Where TPEx announces trading information pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 1, subparagraphs 1 to 8 for any six business days within the most recent 10 business day period.
    4. Where TPEx announces trading information pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 1, subparagraphs 1 to 8 for any 12 business days within the most recent 30 business day period.
    The purpose of this table is to remind investors that if the securities listed above are being announced in the “Announcement of Attention Main Board Securities” the following business day pursuant to abovementioned subparagraphs, TPEx shall announce disposition measures with respect to those securities on the same day.

  2. In addition, under the same Article, when disposition measures are adopted with respect to trading in a given securities by resolution of the Surveillance Operations Oversight Committee or the management committee of the TPEx Joint Responsibility System Clearing and Settlement Fund, the numbers the securities being announced in the “Announcement of Attention Main Board Securities” during the effective period of the disposition measures will not be counted and announced in this table.
