TPEx Warrant Listing Requirements and Procedures
Qualifications and Procedures of Applications to Become Call (Put) Warrants Issuers of TPEx

- Procedures of Applications to Become Issuers
The applicant submits an application.
TPEx reviews the application documents and relevant attachments in written form.
TPEx reviews whether the application documents comply with the Taipei Exchange Rules Governing the Review of Call (Put) Warrants for Trading on the TPEx and the Taipei Exchange Procedures for the Review of Call (Put) Warrants.
After TPEx reviews compliance with the relevant rules, the application will be reported to the competent authority.
The competent authority approves the issuer eligibility.
In terms of the review procedures of issuer eligibility, except for the requirement of supplementary explanations or incomplete documents, TPEx shall complete review within 10 business days after receipt of the application.

Procedures of Issuance and Listing of Warrants on TPEx
The issuer applies to TPEx for issuance of warrants. Its issuance plan is reviewed by TPEx, and an approval letter is issued. The TPEx-listing contract of such warrants is then submitted by mail to the competent authority for recordation.
The issuer conducts issuance and sales of warrants. Moreover, the issuer applies to TPEx for listing of warrants as least two business days prior to the expected date of TPEx listing for the warrants. If relevant listing documents comply with regulations upon review, an announcement of warrants listing on TPEx will be issued.
Warrants are listed on TPEx for trading.
