惠普股份有限公司成立於1981年，設置廠房於台灣桃園縣楊梅鎮，主要生產惠龍紗及惠普地毯，為國內第一家引進聚丙烯長纖維紗(P.P. B.C.F.)及PP地毯生產技術之公司。 1984年，上市公司國產實業建設股份有限公司轉投資本公司，本公司成為國產集團成員。之後歷經增資，購置設備機台，以開發創新產品，提昇國內地毯品質，達到與歐美相同的專業水準。1993年，依規定向經濟部申請獲准至大陸投資設立蘇州惠普塑料建材有限公司。後因應防火建材市場需求，代理經銷進口矽酸鈣板，以滿足市場之需求。 2004年以既有之進口矽酸鈣板銷售經驗，與具有實際生產技術之國浦股份有限公司進行合併，由專業生產地毯擴增至矽酸鈣板及纖維水泥板材，致力經營裝修建材事業，努力研究發展裝修材料的防火性能，擴充板材的應用層面，提供更多的裝修選擇。惠普股份有限公司始終秉持一貫之宗旨，經由不斷之研發以及創新的過程，雖處在瞬息萬變之環境下，亦能不斷的成長與茁壯，達成『領先業界、創新應用』之目標。
