Semiconductor | Main Product: Probe PCB is one of parts of Probe Card. Probe Card is used before IC packaging. It performs O/S testing using probe needle contact with die to sort out the defective die, and then move the good die into packaging process. Load Board is the interface between packed IC and ATE tester. The tester tests the IC using the pattern signal to perform the functional testing to sort out the defective IC. Service By our experiences, CHPT can achieve customers’ need. Our design experiences included USB3.0, DDRIII, Bluetooth, HDMI, SATAIII, and RF. Future: In House, One Stop Shop All of process’ data complete in house, CHPT integrated those data. We can offer products and service to customers soon.
