Electronic Parts and Components | The main business of ATII is to manufacture and sell CIS modules which is mainly applied for the application of inkjet MFPs, laser MFPs, scanners, plain paper copiers, card readers, check readers, digital photo frame, and so on. The product development trend during the recent years turns on higher scan speed, energy saving, more cost saving, and easier control and application. The future product development will approach to digital outputs and longer depth of focus for the broader applications, such as bank ATM and medical application. Our core assembly technology is COB for semiconductor packaging. The assembly process includes wafer cutting, die bonding and wire bonding. ATII will concentrate on the application of COB to expand our product lines. |
