Taipei Exchange Procedures for the Registration of the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Domestic and Foreign Securities Issuers and letter NO.110101 of Hotai Insurance Co., Ltd. Dated June 11, 2020 and received on June 12, 2020.
The documentation submitted by Hotai Insurance Co., Ltd. for its initial public issuance registration was incomplete and the company has made correction by itself on June 12, 2020. Pursuant to Paragraph 3, Article 66 of the Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Securities Issuers to which Paragraph 2, Article 12 of the same Regulations applies mutatis mutandis, with no major irregularities, the registration shall become effective in 12 business days from the date correction is completed.
