TPEx has amended the rule regarding Procedures for the Registration of the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Domestic and Foreign Securities Issuers

Since May 1, 2021, when a domestic TPEx listed company or a TPEx primary listed company files for registration of the specific cases, including issue of new shares due to merger、issue of new shares due to receive transfer of shares of another company、issue of new shares due to an acquisition or demerger conducted in accordance with laws、private placement of public issuance as well as capital reduction, Taipei Exchange is commissioned by FSC to handle related cases. Meanwhile, FSC also order Taipei Exchange to void or revoke the effective registration.
