In order to encourage more superior and innovative enterprises to go public on the TPEx market, TPEx held the “Listing on TPEx” seminar in collaboration with Deloitte Taiwan and Taiwan Venture Capital Association(TVCA) on April 22, 2021.

During the seminar, TPEx illustrated the procedures and documents required for the registration on new board “Pioneer Stock Board” (PSB, expected to be launched in the 3rd quarter, 2021) of public issuance, and the advantages of listing on TPEx and gave the attendees an overview of the IPO process as well as the regulatory framework. Besides, Deloitt indicated the focus of organization structure reengineeringin in enterprises’ different growth stages. The seminar drew nearly 60 top executives and chief financial officers and was warmly received.
