To be in line with the COVID-19 preventive measures, the Taipei Exchange holds its 2021 Bond Market Briefings online this year. The videos are now available on the official website. In addition to the introductions on regulations about information disclosures of convertible bonds, corporate bonds, financial debentures, and international bonds, the Taipei Exchange recorded the introductions on the issuing and listing mechanism for green and sustainability bonds for issuers and underwriters as well. The green and sustainability bonds are designed to assist companies to fulfill their social responsibilities and to facilitate the companies to raise funds for their sustainable projects.
