In order to make market participants aware of the risk of day trading, TPEx has amended two rules

To make market participants aware of the risk of day trading, TPEx has amended “Taipei Exchange Operation Directions for Announcement or Notice of Attention to Trading Information and Dispositions ” and “Detailed Numerical Standards and Exceptions to the Irregularity Standards in the Subparagraphs under Article 4, paragraph 1 of the Taipei Exchange Directions for Announcement or Notice of Attention to Trading Information and Dispositions on the TPEx”. The amendments will take effect from August 27, 2021.

(The Chinese version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.)
