According to TPEx, TPEx Main Board companies with paid-in capital of over NT$10 billion, TPEx Main Board and Emerging Stock Market financial industry companies are required to announce 2023 annual financial reports no later than 75 days after the close of the fiscal year, which is March 15, 2024. A total of 10 TPEx Main Board companies and 3 Emerging Stock Market companies that meet the above-mentioned conditions have completed the filing procedure on time, while deadline for the remaining TPEx Main Board and Emerging Stock Market companies is still April 1 and April 30 respectively.

TPEx indicates that, in compliance with the「Corporate Governance 3.0」, All TPEx Main Board companies are required to publish unaudited annual financial information no later than 75 days after the close of the fiscal year from 2024.
