Taipei Exchange (TPEx) announces that EVERLANCE CO., LTD. (code：8934) failed to follow its internal control system rules and the Taipei Exchange Procedures for Verification and Disclosure of Material Information of Companies with TPEx Listed Securities . TPEx imposes a penalty of NT$300,000 on the company.
