 1.2.3. Market information

 1. Where can I find information on emerging stock board (ESB) companies ?

  1. Before registration and trading:
    1. When an issuer applies to TPEx for registration on ESB, it must post its prospectus on Market Observation Post System (MOPS).
    2. After checking that the application documents meet the requirements for registration for trading, TPEx will disclose the applicant’s profile on the TPEx website for at least 5 business days. (Path: Listed/Registered Companies → Status of Application → Emerging Stock Board New Listing Companies. )
  2. After registration and start of trading:
    1. Inquire the Market Observation Post System (MOPS).
    2. TPEx website → Listed/Registered Companies → Listed Companies Info → Emerging Stock Board Companies.

 2. Where can I find the trading information and quotes made by recommending securities firms (RSFs) of Emerging stocks?

  1. Investors can visit TPEx website during trading hours - “HOME > Emerging Stock > Market Information on the Emerging Stock > Emerging Stocks Latest Stats” and “HOME > Emerging Stock > Emerging Stock Market Report> Individual stock trading information”, or the business place of securities brokers or the information system of information service provider or call their broker to obtain the following trading information:
    1. The bid/ask prices quoted by all RSFs and the best bid/ask prices among them.
    2. The trading price, quantity and buy/sell type of the latest trade in the current session, the aggregate trading volume, and the weighted average trading price.
  2. After the close of daily trading hours, TPEx will reveal the trading volume, highest, lowest, final and weighted average trading price of Emerging Stock for the day.

 3. Why the investors’ order information of Emerging stocks is not disclosed?

ESB is a quote-driven market. The counterparty must be the Recommending Securities Firm (RSF). Thus information publicly disclosed is the ask and bid quotes provided by RSFs. The investors’ order information of Emerging stocks is not supposed to disclose.
