1. What can I do if I cannot log into the capital raising system?

When you log into the capital raising system with a certificate and the words “Security component does not exist” appear, press F5 on the computer keyboard and follow the instructions shown on the screen to install the security module of TWCA and try again to log into the system. For certificate authentication, the capital raising system can be logged in using Internet Explorer (IE7 or higher version) only. Otherwise the system will show the words “Security component does not exist.”
